I work as an EU Affairs Officer at Metlen Energy & Metals in Brussels, where I follow EU energy, climate, and industrial policy. My work focuses on files such as CBAM, the EU ETS, electricity market design, and policies affecting energy-intensive industries. I am particularly involved in topics related to aluminium, power pricing, and industrial decarbonisation. I am especially interested in how EU decarbonisation policy interacts with competitiveness, investment decisions, and security of supply. Through my work, I aim to contribute to realistic and effective policy solutions that support both decarbonisation and Europe’s industrial base.
