Dr. John R. Balfour is a recognized PV / storage professional and author with 4 decades of experience in all facets within the PV Industry. He spent 32 years as an EPC. His career knowledge and capabilities are broad based as they address PV Systems Engineering (SE) improvements focused on Reliability, Availability, Maintainability including testability and Safety (RAMS) applications. His experience is in residential, commercial and utility system delivery specification, design, construction, commissioning, O&M, and Repowering. His career can be measured in achieving substantive improvements in plant output and revenue optimization, with cost and risk reduction.
